ABOUT MY PRACTICE
A Life of Balance
I’ve been a certified and practicing Yoga Instructor since 2017. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing.

PRACTICE & EDUCATION
Learn to Listen to Your Body
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
The word "Vinyasa" can be translated as "arranging in a special way," such as yoga poses. Students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next pose.

CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga consists of modified Yoga poses performed on or near a chair. Chair Yoga becomes accessible for students lacking mobility issues. Students do twists, hip stretches, forward bends, mild backbends, some core exercises, and chair balanced poses.

KIDS YOGA
Kids Yoga includes poses for children increasing strength, flexibility, and coordination The children play fun games, animal sounds, and much more.......

YIN YOGA
A slow-paced yoga practice with poses or asanas held for longer periods of time. A passive practice, yin yoga poses held, typically, 3 - 5 minutes help loosening fascia layers.
